The Integrated ID Card Printer + Laminator
The Tango +L laminates cards for increased visual security, and to protect cards against physical damage for a longer lifetime. Lamination extends card life to 10,000’s of swipes, suitable for high-use applications like access control, and many years of use in driver’s license or other government card applications |  |
| Standard or Custom holographic laminates are available for the Tango +L, for visual security combined with card protection. Standard holographic laminates provide attractive security features without the setup cost. For highest security, special order laminates can include features such as holograms, micro text, and color changing images. |
Equipped for any printer interface. The Magicard Tango +L printer was designed to fit USB, parallel and ethernet printer interfaces as standard.
Printer security features. The Magicard Tango +L printer was constructed with lockable card hopper, card stacker, card reject tray and lamination film spools, so only those with the key have access to the cards.
Security via lamination. The Magicard Tango +L laminates your cards so that you have increased visual security AND a longer card life. Lamination allows your cards to be more durable, which makes them ideal for high usage access control applications, including government, airport, education, hospital, time and attendance, and outdoor badge applications (e.g., transportation, construction, delivery, etc.). Magicard offers clear, and standard or custom holographic overlaminates.
Additional security with HoloKote. Magicard also offers the exclusive HoloPatch gold seal, and standard and custom HoloKote watermarks. HoloKote is an anti-counterfeiting watermark that prints along the entire card surface.
Two standard HoloKote patterns - 'Ultra Secure Keys' and 'Interlocking Squares' - can be accessed via your printer driver settings, while the HoloKote Custom Key prints customer-specific graphics and text. Your company's Custom Key information is uniquely encrypted and electronically stored onto the key so that duplication is not possible. The Custom Key is also available with a printer lock feature so that your Tango +L card printer can only be used when this key is in place.
